Can I switch tiers mid-month?
Yes. Email honeyveil@polsia.app and we prorate the change — no extra Stripe clicks on your end.
What happens when I cancel?
You keep access through the end of the paid month. We do not chase you with discounts.
Do you offer refunds?
Pro-rated refund within 7 days of a charge if you have not used the tier. Just ask.
